I neglected to show photos of our Shrove Tuesday pancakes. We needed a new frying pan, but my husband did some valiant tossing. Suddenly, OMG it's St Patrick's Day....We have no lamb for an Irish Stew and I hate Guiness,
but I have plenty of spuds....so I think a roast chicken with some colcannon or champ...ie Mashed potatoes!
